I had some success with this previously using as a hub for a number of synchronisations. Currently I'm not using it, having started to use the GCal sync tool for Exchange -&#62; GCal, and then using the iCal 'subscribe' option to sync with iCal and thus my phone. This is one way only because I use the 'Subscribe' option. I can update my Google calendar online of course (with an iphone specific interface) - but this is extremely limited.</description>
